  • Products

The products offered by Midori & Co. are described with the utmost accuracy (origin, flavor, packaging). The photographs and texts illustrating the products are non-contractual and Midori & Co. cannot be held liable in the event of an error.
  • OrdersThe

Orders are placed via the midoriandco.com website. All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of available products. Midori & Co. reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or unavailable stock.
  • Price and payment

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Midori & Co. reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice. Payment is made online via a secure platform. The order is validated upon confirmation of payment.
  • Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are specified at the time of purchase. Midori & Co. cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.
  • Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Midori & Co. of their decision to withdraw by email or post. The products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and undamaged, within 14 days of this notification.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code): Products unsealed or opened after delivery (food products) cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene and safety. Products personalized at the customer's request are not refundable. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or defective product.
  • Return policy

Apart from the statutory right of withdrawal, Midori & Co. accepts returns only in the event of an error on its part (product not conforming to the order) or if the product is defective. In these cases, the return costs are covered by Midori & Co.

  • Transfer of ownership

The products remain the property of Midori & Co. until full payment of the price by the customer.
  • Guarantees

Midori & Co. applies the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-14 of the Consumer Code) as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity of a product or hidden defect, the customer can request an exchange or a refund.

Midori & Co. respects the privacy of its customers. The personal data collected is used solely for order processing, improving customer service, and may be used for commercial communications if the customer has consented.
